This was such a smart investment for our family. This developer knows how to truly make this an asset for his audience of buyers. Our condo has doubled since we bought and we are enjoying the appreciations and consistent rental income from our Miami condo. We wish that Natiivo was still Natiivo in Miami but now that is only the GALE , we are still happy to have the consistent appreciation in our investment .

I own a Natiivo unit in Austin, TX and am beyond disappointed. Overpromised, under delivered. This should have been an overall win-win investment concept, but instead the developers have taken advantage of the unit owners. I highly recommend and insist that you read and understand every page of the contract before you sign it. Learn from my mistake!
