Dr. Jellinek was extremely professional, calming, and explained everything to me ahead of time so that I understood what he was going to be doing. He even provided options to prevent the situation from ever happening again which I opted for. His assistant was sweet, caring, asked about my concerns, listened to what I had gone through medically in the past, and proceeded accordingly. They worked very well together and I would highly recommend them!
