Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I saw this doctor for a custom insert for my shoes as I had pain. I went to the office 7/18 and was told the authorization would take about 7 to 10 days. I waited until 7/29 (10 days later) and called to find that the only person who works on authorizations had just arrived back from vacation today and that I was to call back in in 7 to 10 additional days! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
