Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Does this podiatrist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

This dr is cold, uninformative, and rude. I should have gotten my money back. I will be telling my orthopedic surgeon and insurance company not to recommend this guy. He literally stared at me without blinking like he resented my being there! He didn't even look at my feet. I want the best for my own feet and his only answers were that they would only get worse, nothing can be done. I've never left a doctor's office with such a bad experience. He may love his family but he shows no compassion or expertise for his patients.

My experience with this Dr. was the worst thing that could ever happened to my father. My dad being elder was rushed here when injured at work. A metal plate had fallen into his foot. The work place rushed him here to observe the injury and my father was returned home the same day with pain medicine and with gauze's rapped around his foot. He was given an a appointment within a week of his injury. That's when I became concern after seeing him not healing properly. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
