Disappointed when I arrived in the office expecting to see Dr. Shumway in person but upon arriving I was informed that this would be a televisit. Disappointed that notification was not given to me until after I arrived at the office.
Dr. Shumway reviews my current blood tests every 6 months to monitor the dosage of my Zarelto prescription. He always questions me, and discusses anything that is of a concern to either himself or me.
Dr. Shumway is an excellent physician. He explains everything and Aides the patient needs.
He was very informative and easy to understand.
Dr. Shumway explained my condition and treatment protocols clearly. He answered my questions and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care & treatment I’ve received.
I really can’t say enough good things about Dr.Shumway and his staff. One of the first things I noticed was we are never left to wait. The staff is so professional and caring. I’m always impressed with my care. Dr Shumway always explains my care and answers my questions. At such a scary time I couldn’t ask for better care. I just think they are fantastic.
Dr. Shumway is highly detailed and provided great explanations for my situation. My treatment and condition improvements were moving too slow for his goal so he increased certain activities and really move my health forward. I have great confidence is his care planning and expertise. The entire staff at Texas Oncology Stone Oak has been fantastic.
Dr. Shumway was very thorough. He explained why he was ordering certain tests and when he had the results what they meant. I was in very good hands. Overall my experience was welcoming from the front office to the end of my appointments.
