I have been a patient of Dr. Shumway since February 2017. Every office visit, I am treated like a new patient. What I mean by that is, he is still as thorough, asks questions and explains my health situation in detail. I can be quite hyper and anxious and he always puts me at ease. Dr. Shumway takes the time to check my surgery area. He ask all the questions and explain anything and everything. He listens to my concerns and explains anything I might not understand.
I feel like all of my questions were answered. You are never left waiting very long. Very competent and compassionate staff.
Appointments are held on time. Answers all my questions. Nurses and lab technicians are efficient and caring.
The entire experience from check-in through doctor consultation is excellent.
