The entire office is well run. Vey efficient. To a person, very friendly but also focused on completing the job. This is not a simple office. Generally, I will go from 'station' to 'station' leading up to seeing Dr. Shumway. Each step is completed efficiently. I seldom wait for over a minute. Dr. Shumway, in particular, remembers me and some personal details upon his arrival, then efficiently, but with care, gets to the business at hand. Explains things in layman's terms and its over. This is the type care I value.
Very professional from the front to the back, the doctor is one of a kind. He really cares about his patience. No one needs to go anywhere else for a oncologist, but here.
