I'd highly recommend working with Nate whether you're buying or selling. He is very knowledgeable about the DC area and quick to respond to any questions you have whether on the phone, in person or via email. In my experience, he went above and beyond what I would expect from an agent and the result reflects his hard work. He was able to sell my property in a matter of days and above the asking price.
