Went looked at truck. Had a verbal agreement. Salesman called said they were getting truck clean up. I said I would be over that evening to pick it up. Then they called back saying they had sold truck to someone else
Called the morning we were supposed to be coming to test drive the vehicle to make sure we were coming. Then called back as we were walking out the door to tell us that something was wrong with the car and it couldn’t be driven and it had been like that for days. I think it was very unprofessional not to tell me the day before since I told him I would have to take the day off work.
Contacted several dealers about trucks. Natchez Ford was the only one that called me back. I bought a 2020 Ram from them was in and out in 1 hour. Would definitely go back. Great people!!!
Russell communicated quickly, was very polite and helpful. He answered any questions I had and made sure an issue with the vehicle I wanted was appropriately and speedily handled before I even looked at it. I always felt valued & respected, yet never pressured. I would definitely do business with him again.
Dealer responded once and then took a week to contact again
Great customer service
Responded promptly
LoriC went above and beyond to help close this deal. I have had a very hard time getting qualified to purchase a vehicle. She helped resolve and get it done!!! Hats off to her and the staff for making a way out of no way! Plus they are going to deliver the truck to us saving me time to keep working on my job! Amazing!!!!
good communication
