Extremely friendly and helpful
Good progress but I confirmed first but this car was sold to others. It can happen but it was little bit disappointed due to not handling professional.
Horrible. I got two different final offers on a 2024 F 150. The website said it had 32 miles but turns out it over 1600 miles the “sales manager” was driving. They wanted full price for the truck even though it’s been used.
Went looked at truck. Had a verbal agreement. Salesman called said they were getting truck clean up. I said I would be over that evening to pick it up. Then they called back saying they had sold truck to someone else
Called the morning we were supposed to be coming to test drive the vehicle to make sure we were coming. Then called back as we were walking out the door to tell us that something was wrong with the car and it couldn’t be driven and it had been like that for days. I think it was very unprofessional not to tell me the day before since I told him I would have to take the day off work.
Contacted several dealers about trucks. Natchez Ford was the only one that called me back. I bought a 2020 Ram from them was in and out in 1 hour. Would definitely go back. Great people!!!
Russell communicated quickly, was very polite and helpful. He answered any questions I had and made sure an issue with the vehicle I wanted was appropriately and speedily handled before I even looked at it. I always felt valued & respected, yet never pressured. I would definitely do business with him again.
