Drive two hours to look at a Lincoln MKZ They said it sold That was Sep 17. See they still have it on CarGurus this is Dec. just as well found better deal at a dealer closer to me

I was contacted by the dealer but all they wanted was to get me in the dealership. I didn't understand why because I knew what I wanted I would have liked to get the process started online and over the phone that way when I drove 2 hours with 2 small children I would not have sit there for hours. What's the point of having an online sales department if you can't even start the process online most documents can be scanned and sent. It didn't start off right so I'm going to probably get the same vehicle in Texas.

The sales person we talked to was very nice but he never returned our call like he said he would. We finally called them and they said they got rid of the vehicle we were waiting a call on.
