Very bad. Agreed upon a price than told wait a minute have to add a thousand to it for blah blah blah. Than was not willing to negotiate on trade at all. Low ball on trade offer big time !!! Just terrible

I decided to not go to the dealership, because I had changed my mind about the type of car I wanted. No bad dealings with this dealership. They were very fast at responding to me online.
