The car I was interested in was already sold. I was then sent emails for different cars with double sometimes triple the asking price. I felt as though the ads were teasers to get your info so they could bombard you with more useless ads. I called about a honda civic and they sent me ads about full size ford sedans. How is that even close?

I am very sorry Car Gurus updates the vehicle feed daily so anything that is sold will not come off of the site until the next vehicle feed which is usually around midnight. We try very hard to make sure our inventory is as accurate as possible and every now and then we sell a vehicle before someone else can make it by to purchase it. We advise to call our dealership and put a deposit on the vehicle that catches your eye and we will gladly hold it for you until you arrive.
Specific dealer I worked with knew nothing at all about the car's systems. For example the Sync system which this car has, I was told that he didn't know if it had voice commands. If you know anything about this system, you understand how little understanding that shows. Car was nice and got a pretty good deal on it. Everyone was friendly. I would think as a car dealer though, you would read a manual or two about the cars your selling.
