I had left achilles tendon surgery and follow up with Dr Neilson. She did an excellent job. My foot healed wonderfully and you can't notice the scar. Her post-op instructions were exceptional, and if you follow her instructions you'll heal just like she predicts. If I need foot surgery in the future, I will make the trip to her new office for her services. She is an excellent doctor and very personable.
Dr Nielsen is a very competent surgeon and physician. She is very honest with her patients about what she can do for her them and she explains everything in detail. I would personally recommend anyone to her.

I had been having ankle issues for a few years. Dr. Nielsen went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. The procedure really helped me and although I’m still healing, my ankle feels much better!
This dr is not interested in knowing or speaking to patients or family. Questions are met with short answers and not much discussion and very little explanation. My mom told me he was not wearing a mask when he came to introduce himself to her prior to her procedure. While she can be confused often at 90 she has been so ingrained in mask wearing it's not something I think she would miss at this time, and this during COVID. He might as well be an auto mechanic.
Very knowledgeable pychian he not to friendly but he excellent but his nurse is excellent nurse I like her a lot to he very skilled very good at finding things he help find things to treat me quet few times
Horrible! No care at all!! Foolishness!
He always makes patients wait. Its a process of overbooking. I’ve been waiting over half an hour. My other major complaint is he ordered tests that cost me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. It would have been nice if he gave a mention to the costs. Not many options on the Cape, but it seems to be true that if you have a real need, just go to Boston.
