Great doctor, but unfortunately very poor staff experience. The office has serious time-management issues—the staff is slow and chaotic, especially Erica. Patient privacy is not well respected; phone calls are put on speaker, and staff members answer calls while attending to patients in person. Do not expect follow-up calls regarding lab results. Overall, the lack of professionalism makes it difficult to recommend this office. I would suggest coming here only if you have no other options.

Doctor Muy profesional , te escucha y se toma el tiempo necesario para atenderte . Cómo valor agregado no solo habla Inglés si no también español perfectamente . Tanto el cómo su equipo de trabajo son EXCELENTES . Recomendado al 100 % .

My family member is a patient of the elder Nassim. The star is because after hours you can not get a hold of anyone even after using their after hours service. Ive left messages and no one ever calls back. Ive also called 20 minutes before their listed closing time and no one answers the phone. As a primary care doctor, he is not too attentive to my family members needs. He seems to just rush patients through their visits.
