We have visited Nashville Skin at their Cool Springs location twice/ I have never experienced this level of efficiency, and care in any other office care visit. All staff are welcoming, quick and helpful. Walt Sims is amazing, he is through and yet patiently listens to the whole concern.
Walt Sims is very thorough in the exam and explains any conditions and treatments so I can understand it. The staff is very friendly and it is always an exceptional experience!
Dr. Pierce & his staff were exceptional + kind. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood.
