Not impressed with the unethical behavior we experienced with Thomas Cunningham. We recently purchased a home that Mr.Cunningham was partners in flipping. Since purchase we have had multiple water leaks the most recent destroying a wall behind a shower. All of course he claims he claims the house was already like this when he bought it, however the pex fittings that were leaking were still shiny looking brass.
