Well. I am stunned at the stupidity. I just called them because I keep getting texts that lead to a third party billing asking me to pay my bill. Well every time I get to that link, it asks me to put in the last 4 digits of my SS. I kept doing that and it kept saying that the last 4 SS digit# doesn’t exist. So, I finally found their telephone number. I explained to the guy that more than likely answers from out of the country, and he says, you could just put in 0000 for your SS#. Billing Dept is riddled with incompetence. After setting up a payment plan through their office, I have gotten several notices that the bill hasn't been paid, despite making every payment on time. They have since brought in a collection agency, again, despite on time payments. Every time I've spoken with them they tell me it's resolved and then I get a notice the following month. I've never seen such ineptitude and I refuse to ever use their office again.
Over charging for an hour procedure, tried to ask for a discounted rate as I have no health insurance. This group does not provide self pay rates. Plus communicating with the customer service is a joke, mostly by email. Took 3 weeks to have my request denied, plus now getting robocalls about my bills. I just set up a payment plan. Calling the AG office in RI I thought robocalls for bills were illegal? I agree watch out for this place.
Like those before me, very sketchy group. Called for clarification on charges and their systems are down and it sounds like I'm talking to India or Pakistan.
Just before the procedure they go on and on about this and that which I'm sure it is all important information but seriously, not paying that much attention before a procedure-too nervous, etc. Timing is everything! The billing/customer service is a nightmare...unfortunately, I cannot understand due to the language/accent....very frustrating as I'm calling from the USA.
