The owner of Nappy or Not is a very nice and caring person. After a long trip from Sacramento, I needed to use the rest room. After all the near by businesses denied that, I had only one option. With no hesitation, she welcomed me with open arms.I tried paying but she wouldn’t take my money. After handling my business, I decided to take a seat and get my hair pressed. I love it. Lasted all day and still rocking it. Great place to go when you need to look your best. Thanks again, you are an amazing women. God bless.
