Yuri did exactly what I asked. I appreciate how quickly the job was done and how complete the job looked. I would certainly hire him again.
Yuri (Napora Heating) is a busy guy but worth the wait. He completed the install quickly and had time to look at our furnace and recommend some options we need to address. To continue our project, Yuri provided us with an electrician for further work. All in all he did a fine job making sure the line was installed correctly and safely.

I have used NH&C LLC before. They are always accommodating when scheduling the job ( sometimes even the same day ) , the workmanship is great and the prices fair. Great to know I can count on them when there are problems with the furnace or AC .
They did an excellent job in a difficult situation.

Way too expensive for this simple job. Treatment was arrogant and displicent.

Carlos I don't see how I was arrogant and displicent... we spoke about this job months ago and I waited. When you finally got new toilet, you reached out and I came out at your request... waited for you to show up after we agreed on specific time. Job was completed within an hr. Left home in clean manor. Not sure what the poor rating was for. As for price... we spoke about it over phone and u agreed to it. Not sure where the problem is
I can fault my overall dissatisfaction to myself. first I was dealing with the owner of the company. he had excellent reviews on Home Advisor so I didn't question anything. I had two plumbing leaks in drainage pipes easily accessible in the basement. He gave me a rough estimate of cost. he said parts would be very expensive. over $300 for each leak. who am I to question? anyway we agreed on a price of $800. we made an appointment. he came an hour late. he did the job in 2 hours or less. that's $400 per hour. Ron I understand your dissatisfaction but we had a deal and a hand shake on it before I did job. I did not ask for money up front I did come late but I called to let you no... Once job completed... I had to go out of my way and find you the next day... across town to pick up payment. There was no reason that I needed to do that since you said you would pay me when job completed. I understand if u gave me a "0" for money value but I did not mistreat you or your spouse and dogs... I completed job in timely manor and cleaned up... read more
Yuri showed up on time and went right to work Needed the Kitchen faucet replaced & also needed new shut off valves under the sink. He was fast & did an awesome job. He was done in less than an hour. He had quoted me over the phone after I completed HA on-line application. Guess what? the actual cost was the same as what he had quoted. I will definitely keep his card for future! Also he does heating/cooling his main business.
