They were only called in to give an estimate and they figured out what was wrong with my furnace and got it up and running practically for free. It was a temp fix and they said that if I was buying a whole new furnace and installation from them, they would not charge me for the service fee up front. They gave me the estimate and helped me work on a payment plan. They waited patiently for me to get back to them three days later when I was approved from the bank for a loan.
