They did the installation of the sump pumps quickly and efficiently . They were at our home within an hour of the time I called when I told them the basement was flooding

We agreed on a price of $140 to install a new toilet i had already purchased. The work completed was fine. The problem arised when he gave me the bill. It was $100 higher than what we agreed upon. He apologized but said there was an $85 Service Fee in addition that he neglecyed to tell me about before he started his 30 minute job. I let him know he should be more honest and upfront with people regarding the service fee. He blamed it on Home advisor and said they told him to do it. Not sure if that is true or not.
