Courtney dad an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and polishing them as well.
I have been a patient at Dental Excellence for 3 years now, The name says it all! They are all a very special group of people who truly make going to the dentist pleasant! I am always amazed at how cutting edge they are and they are just all fantastic! They always make you feel as though you are the only patient there! And they are also a team! Dr. Carpenter's vision is our gift!
I was very sad that Dr. Saffo left the practice for another area. I’m sure I am not the only patient that misses his kind manner. However, I was very happy to have a new dentist who is just as kind and caring. And as always, all of the staff were friendly and smiling and very professional. I highly recommend Dental Excellance to everyone, but especially to those who have had a bad dental experience. They will wipe out those bad memories of going to the dentist.
Great experience. Excellent facilities and well staffed with a “Patient Advocate” assigned to facilitate the process. Dentist was open, friendly and shared information. Waiting area is first class
Maria was so awesome with my son River! She had him wait after his appointment and showed him all of the tools that he is scared of and let him see everything. It was so thoughtful of her!
I always receive excellent care from Dr. Carpenter and his staff. His caring attitude is reflected in those that he hires and works with. I have a terrible habit of grinding and clenching at night. He is so patient and kind with me and always takes time to adjust my night guard . Sometimes I feel foolish and hesitate to call for help, but they are always there for me. I suffer from extreme anxiety at times. Yesterday I had an anxiety attack prior to my dental appointment. I contacted the office to let them know that I was still going to try to keep my appointment but was struggling with anxiety. When I got there i was greeted with a warm neck wrap and a weighted blanket to help calm my body. I so appreciate how kind and helpful the entire staff there is.
Every thing was great.
Everyone is always so helpful and friendly and they are attentive to all of your needs.
