I am ,was terrified of the dentists. When I got there they were very kind and tolerant of my past fears . My appointment went swift and comfortable. Dr. Augustine was patient and kind.. I was pretty comfortable when I left and feel better about going back. Thanks

Very kind and friendly
I brought my 6 and 8 year old daughters in for a cleaning today and I also had a cleaning as well. The staff at Dental Excellence worked around their schedule so that I could get my cleaning at the same time as the girls to save us all time. The dental hygienist and the rest of the staff provided me with updates on the girls in real time as I got my teeth cleaned and examined. What a wonderful place to get your teeth cleaned at.
Going to the dentist isn’t usually on my Top 10 list, but that was before I became a patient at Dental Excellence. Dr. Carpenter and his team are awesome. You feel like a family member, not a patient. The entire visit is amazing-from the spacious waiting area to smiling staff-all of them. I recommend Dental Excellence to everyone who asks about a dentist. Love my smile!!
I was looking for a new dentist in the Toledo area. Was greeted by a nice receptionist, the dental hygentist(Meg?)was thorough and Dr. Nessif was very considerate.
They got my two year old to let them take xrays and do all the cleanings. She did better without me in the room and they were so good with her!
My daughter is 3 and they were so good with her!
