I thought everything was excellent. Your office felt welcoming and everyone was great at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. The work I need done is extensive, and in my opinion embarassing, but never felt judged while i was there. I look foward to long relationship with your office. thank you

don't focus on the money so much and focus on the appt. that need to be set up to continue the services needd especially when the bill is being paid very timely.

I didn't feel like I understood how long my daughters appt was going to take. Maybe somehow you could let patients know approximately how long to expect to be there.

Everyone was fantastic, as usual! Dr. Carpenter did an amazing job on my implant - very impressive. Taylor was incredible in assisting him. I can't say enough good about my experiences here from Dr. Carpenter to his staff!
