Staff is always very friendly! Very glad I changed to this dentist office. My very first appointment I had was with a tooth ache. I got in the same day I called! That was a huge relief. I feel Dr. Carpenter makes sure everything is done correctly before he moves on to the next tooth. Nothing is over looked. Also very nice that he calls later to make sure everything is still ok after the appointment! The memory foam on the chairs is very nice and I can't say enough about the neck pillow! Nice touch. Everything was great. The only change I would make is the music in the parking lot. It was loud and not relaxing. I did notice the music inside was different. It was soothing.
