Everybody wore a great smile and most welcoming to me. They conversed with my wife while I was being treated so graciously by the person cleaning my teeth. Had a nice conversation with Dr. Carpenter and my wife even got a hug from him. Lori took care of seeing that my wife got her coffee from the somewhat complicated coffee maker. Thanks to all for being so friendly and also so smiling. Guess they are advertising for what you are known for - a great big and bright :)
My Vans" Sweatshirt got ruined when I had my Crowns done. There was NOTHING that would take out the Stain. So I would suggest Better Protection on Clothing when you are getting Procedures done involving Supplies that can Harm the Clothing. I Loved that Sweatshirt !!!!!!"
I removed the gauze and with it went the blood clot on the first day. Not realizing this I went a week with the pain of dry socket but once I called you got me in that day and fixed the situation with out any charge I am so greatful to all of you! Thank you so much for being willing to help those of us with out the means to get dental help on a reg. basis. You were truly a Godsend. Thank you Gennie Abalos
It is hard to rate and experience where you have a needle stuck in your gums as a positive experience. But I believe Dental Experience to be the least bad of the dentist I've been to. Good work
I always have a wonderful experience at Dr Carpenter's. I love the staff and the Doc is the absolute most comforting understanding dentists I have ever had. Thanks everyone :) Great job!!
I appreciated the fact that Dr. Carpenter's iPod includes the Spice Girls, because I was feeling guilty for having picked up the CD at a garage sale that same week for 50 cents. :) All the staff is wonderful, thanks for your diligent service. Melissa (hygiene) did a thorough job; I could tell she wouldn't accept her work until it was fully complete. You all are a great team!
