After being there for hours due to a car was sold 4 days ago and the vehicle, I was interested in was sold. I then had to look into something else . My budget was to stay in 12,000 - 15,000 . I ended up with a 2021 Hyundai Venue SE on the site it shows 13,500 but was sold to me for about 15,679. I didn't think to check the price of the vehicle or just anything in that matter! Horrible dealership! The only bright spot was the awesome sales person Ben. Was held hostage for almost 2 hours with a finance guy who said he was not letting me leave without the warranty. He told me that my deductible would be $100, lies the deductible is $500. They stated it is with APEX however when I called APEX they had no record. Found out its with a company called Endurance they said this warranty totally is from and paid to dealer so I would have to speak to them about a refund. Waste of time. First they try to make u sign a paper before giving u pricing ... Then they add to the price $2500 in FEEs yes that's right ... Fees not even tax tag and title. 1k of it is a claim on some bs ceramic coating they Boeing uses Manager was rude .. walked out

The dealer praises themselves for a non hassle pricing. Once I request it a formal quote on the vehicle that i was interested in, I received an email informing me that they will not provide an out-the-door quote because they listed price does not include their dealership markups. Very shady practices in my opinion. Stay away from this dealership.
The Director, Mike, and Salesperson, Stan, were great. Big shout out to both of them for making it a seemless sale. Taos ended up being to small, so we got the Arteon instead
