Hannah was a great help tonight. After trading in my old lease for a brand new SUV she helped me get a comfortable price. She was very friendly, patient, and professional. They have the worst customer service that ever existed. I got rid of my Hyundai back in 2013 after a year a half of owning and multiple problems with a brand new car. I told them I sold it, would never consider buying another and to please remove me from their call list. They completely ignored multiple requests to do this and call me incessantly, like half a dozen times a week if not more. It got to the point I had to block their number AND THEY STILL CALL ME.
