I have given Napleton's in Naperville three different tries in purchasing a vehicle. However, I have found that this location is full of lying, cheating, scamming salesmen/women and sales managers, who are the worst of them. I realize all car salesman are trained to work their customers over, but these people are truly unreal in their underhanded tactics. I would NEVER purchase from this location.
RecommendedI just bought a 2020 elantra from Belsie I had a fantastic experience there with her. She is super friendly and patient. She helped me choose a car that is right for me and also in my budget. She also knows English and Spanish which helped a lot to get my ideas out in what I was looking for in a car. I Would definitely buy another car from Belsie in the future.
RecommendedOur experience at Napleton’s Valley Hyundai was absolutely amazing. We went right it not knowing exactly what we wanted but knowing what price we wanted and they sat down with us, gave us a list of what we could afford and within about 30 minutes we test drove 3 different vehicles and fell in love with one of them. i entered a contract with them for a specific truck with 30 miled . they delivered this truck with 300 plus miles. they advised because the truck was in high demand they would do much to fix the problem plus they didn't feel they did anything wrong
RecommendedWe just bought a 2019 Elantra from Jordan. He was amazing. To keep within our budget, we wanted a 2019 model but Naperville was sold out. Jordan located one for us in Arlington Heights, but it had hail damage. So then he found one in Indianapolis that he was able to get delivered the following day.
