Only been online looking . But do far they have been great.
They added in a bunch of backend dealership add ons that they don't advertise in the price on Cargurus like a GPS tracker or some kind of upholstery warranty thing. We couldn't agree on a price so I walked out and thanked them for their time. As I was walking out my salesman gave a sarcastic comment about my offer saying that if I could find a Miata for that price let them know, they'll buy 2! Scheduled a test drive and met with a sales representative. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. no concerns, did not like the color of the vehicle and the price was a bit high.

The sales staff was quick to help with my questions regarding an out of state purchase.
the dealership was very helpful providing us with the vehicle to inspect and test drive. Ultimately we have purchased another car that better suited our needs.
Very smooth transaction!! Would recommend them to everyone I know. Best customer service I’ve ever had. And I’m loving my SUV ♥️
Very great customer support service overall
Dealer reached out but the Internet Sales Consultant said they do not negotiate over the phone or internet; you must be present at the dealership to discuss numbers. I tried numerous times to get a deal done but this dealership refused to discuss numbers unless I came there in person. While the salesperson was polite, this was not how I preferred to do business. I saw no point in wasting my time to go to the dealership if we could not get to a workable number on price. For that reason, I would not prefer to do business here.
