Floria at Napleton Honda was such a pleasure to work with! Despite staying late to make sure everything was smooth and I was all set with my new car, he followed up with me after to make sure I was happy and did not have any questions. Rob and Larry were great helps as well making sure that I stayed in my budget and answering all my financing questions. If anyone is looking for a 2017 Honda CR-V this is the place to go and these guys are who you should work with.
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had the privilege of being a part of. My son was buying his first new car and when none of the sales folks were available the sales manager helped us. He went over all the "bells and whistles" and then turned it over to John P. Who was also great. I highly suggest this dealership for anyone that is looking for a new or preowned car. 5 stars!!

My son is a new college graduate and was looking for his first new car. He spent a weekend looking at cars in the Quad Cities and got the run-around! This place is the lowest of the low with incompetent ppl working there. Techs don't use caution when servicing your vehicle and also do poor work. Take it to get it fixed and they don't even put everything back the way it was. Service is so bad they don't even have respect for themselves let alone customers. You buy a car and after the sale they treat you like crap.. I'm never buying anything from them again.. rockford trash at its finest!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Always a great experience at Napleton! Had a 2015 Honda Civic and upgraded to a 2017 Honda HR-V EX. Justin Reid took great care of me the whole time. He is very professional and made the whole process very simple and smooth. Highly recommend Napleton and Justin Reid!
