This is my third visit to Naples Grande. Love the location and overall a great stay. Very disappointed this time in the fitness center -- particularly the men's locker room and amenities. Mixing valves in showers made it impossible to get normal temp water -- either cold or scalding. Locker room in general disrepair. Neither the steam room nor the eucalyptus steam room were working. With a $38/day resort fee, I expect those things to be working.
Curtis is the man !!!! He provided excellent service . We are going to come back tomorrow :) The live music is awesome also !!!!

We had a great time at this resort so far! The staff is unbelievable and the food is excellent at the lobby lounge. Curtis is a great sever and very kind and friendly! Enjoying every minute with my beautiful wife!

Beautiful hotel!!!! With the awesome front desk staff, Jean and Patrick were so helpful. From the rooms to the pool and in between, I will always come back. Thank you Naples Grande for having a wonderful staff who are helpful and accommodating. .
Today we visited Naples Grande and had a great time and excellent service at Road's End. Gigi took care of us. Drinks were exceptional!
Great beach and great pool nice views from the 18th floor
We have been coming here for years and absolutely love it! Every single time is nothing short of a blessing, because of the people and the gorgeous resort. We love going to the beach and seeing our favorite worker Ms Gigi. She has always been so great with us, and my whole family considers Ms Gigi a dear friend! If you are visiting Naples and looking for a beach or pool to lounge by, The Naples Grande is the place to be, it's truly a gem!
