Viviana and Iliana are fantastic at the indoor bar!!! The hotel is fabulous and super luxurious and the staff makes the stay that much better! I definitely plan making another trip back to Naples and stay here!!

Had excellent service by Tera in the lobby lounge. We had a great night. We will be back to see her tomorrow!
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The food was great, the convenience of the tram to the beach was excellent, and even the pool was really nice. All the staff was excellent and helpful for everything I needed, especially Tim from valet who offered to take a photo of my friend and I in front of the hotel as we were leaving. Highly recommend.
Sean and Andy were wonderful! Prosecco is the best way to start off an event! The lobby bar is the hot spot !!!
