Very slow check in process. Front desk didn't answer phone through 30 minutes of trying. Housekeeping didn't answer phone. I needed a remote control for tv because it was missing from my room. This is a beautiful property but they need help on services.
Kenard was amazing and the food was great!! I can't wait to bring the family back!!
