Loved this property and we had the best time!! The staff, food, and the amenities were great! We will definitely be back again. Special recognition to Patrick at the front counter for his professionalism and being so courteous! We also had the pleasure of having Samantha who was also very attentive and professional. They are both a great asset to the Naples Grande team!!

Horrible experience staff is rude, unprofessional, careless, I was over charged after I have 3 rooms in their hotel. Horrible experience and cannot believe the experience after every fee being hidden and policies are so not consistent for all, rushed out of my room at 9:30am for housekeepers to get it cleaned horrible will never come again. Again we did not have 1 room but 3 and the treatment was horrible
Customer service at the highest levels. I truly enjoyed my gorgeous updated room at Naples Grande. The interior and balcony were clean, tranquil, and beautiful, views of the gulf from up high didn't hurt. Resort fee was very reasonable. Valet parking was worth every penny. Had a great weekend. Could not have asked for better people. Service was great everything was clean, I had a great time.
Is nice hotel but issue they have a.c. in the room don't cool property ,I was moved to second room ,first room a.c. wouldn't go lower 77 degree and second room won't go lower 73 degree Check a.c. unit they are to small for size room and maintenance a.c. are verry poor ,filter dirty ,pans full algae I won't stay here again I'm a.c. CONTRACTOR I was dying to go home ,couldn't sleep do to heat
This place sucks so much that we booked 2 nights and we had to check out a day earlier. Don't waste your money or your time. Service was horrible, no one knows anything! The rooms are full of mold and the closets are all wet. And if you want to enjoy the pool they put you in waiting list or go to the one right next to it with 400 kids. For a chair at the beach, that is supposed to be complementary if your are paying for a room, they still charge you $25 and they make you sign a contract before you get it. Overall, the hotel stay was nice. We find it to be a bit over priced for what it is. Food & drinks are overpriced as well. They do have a lot of extra costs & don't see the need for it. The pool was packed & we weren't able to get lounge chairs so we stayed sitting where they have their pool restaurant. There was a time where the manager spoke to our server to see when we were leaving (found it rude) but they didn't tell us to leave (thank goodness).
