Just had Dinner and it was absolutely amazing. Samantha was our waiter and she is incredibly knowledge and was very helpful I give it a 5 Star.
Besides the food being wonderful, Service was excellent - Curtis and Davin were awesome and very hospitable.
Jean Moise is the best Manager. Very personal and accomodating

I love the Catch of the Pelican restaurant. And we had the best server, Tulsy. She took care of us last time we were here. It's just great fish and fresh vegetables. The s'mores dessert was off the charts!!
Jean Moise after having a lot of issues with my room and talking to other people and feeling unsatisfied. Jean came and talked to me he was very understanding and helped me as much as he could with everything, sent fans to my room was nice enough to extend our stay in the hotel the next day. I can honestly say because of service like Jean's I will be returning to this place and will make sure to deal with him directly, he is a very polite and professional individual.
Above and beyond! Highly recommend to all. Service was outstanding, front desk extremely helpful. I love the fact that people that work for the Naples grande had smiles on their face starting from the moment we walked in...definitely all about customer service! Had a great time at Naples Grande, the accommodations are top notch. We came down to stay with a friend who was staying for a week. Can't say enough good things about this place. Lobby bar is a must and was mine at least 3 times a night. Sean, Andy and Iliana are the best! Highly recommended!
Coming off the plane from hours of flying, Beth P. (Concierge) made the check-in process super smooth and explained everything very well! I'm super excited about my stay here!!
