sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück continental, da gibt's natürlich nicht viel, ist aber immer so. Wir waren auf jeden Fall mit Preis/Leistung zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.
I enjoyed my stay very much at the Naples Courtyard Inn! Great location near shopping and great food. Nice and homey, unpretentious. Lovely pool and desk staff was very kind and helpful. I will stay here again. Price is great, rooms clean and have a kitchenette. Very close to lovely beaches.
The only reason I'm giving 2☆ is because the staff was courteous and friendly. When we arrived after 3pm to check in, the room we received was not cleaned. Sheets, blankets, towels on the floor, trash, etc. We received a new room that they called clean. Only one bed had a comforter, no shampoo, dried piss on the toilet, a dirty ice buket, no orange juice at the juice dispenser for breakfast, and a "snack" machine with one bag of Doritos and 2 bags of freetos in it. The naples courtyard inn is the most beautiful boutique inn in Naples. I love to sit on the edge of the pool and stick my feet in the water, it's just a relaxing place to be. A great location, friendly staff, and it's nice to have a cup of hot tea and a bagel in the morning as you can enjoy eating by the pool. My best friend and I are returning in june and I look forward to capturing some great shots with my Nikon.

It very nice place with nice beds, pools and layout but I wish the shower heads were up higher though.

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was a very loud fan on the roof that made the room sound like a base was playing. However, when I called and complained the PROBLEM WAS FIXED IMMEDIATELY. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable
This little gem was exactly as advertised. The building, rooms and grounds were just as neat and clean and picture-perfect as the pictures on their site suggest. This place to me is what Florida is supposed to be. It is simple and unpretentious, yet colorful, clean and staffed by pleasant folks who seem genuinely happy to see you. We have family in Naples and this will be our home base when we visit from now on. Charles Kraft, Cary, IL
