The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always very clean as was the outside of the building. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
Frank, the manager, refused to take my phone call for two weeks. I booked the wrong dates and wanted to change the dates or give the hotel stay as a gift to someone in need. He refused. Sadly, I’ve loved my past stays here, but I won’t be booking again.
