Great Hotel, but: The only drawback of the otherwise awesome hotel is: many guests are in the pool area and on the terrace extremely loud, play loud music and take on the other guests no consideration - in the evening and nights � From 4* to 3*: Today the noise is even worse. all day long until late at night with loud music, loud shouting, specifically from room 212 and the pool area. and the hotel management does not mind. clean friendly good atmosphere
I hated my stay at the Naples courtyard inn also known as the Naples garden inn I was fighting against a lot roaches The hotel has big problem with roaches cheap showerhead the bath towels were stained this has to be the worst hotel in Naples The owner was rudy and unprofessional-visit I would never come to this hotel again and I do not recommend it
Ambiente espetacular, boa localização
Perfect spot to visit Naples and very reasonable with breakfast round the pool. Lovely friendly staff and a taxi ride to all areas. Also good parking . Only drawback some of the rooms have the sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom don't like this but wouldn't put me off staying

I really enjoyed my stayed! Clean rooms and very courteous staff. My only advice will be maybe you can upgrade your cable tv, just like 8 channels!
I enjoyed my stay at the Naples Garden Inn, super comfy beds, close proximity to restaurants and the mall, room was super clean, loved the pool 🏊♀️🛴⚓🏖
There were roaches in the refrigerator and when I asked to have mgmt call me, they never called me back. I left several voicemails, and I am disputing the charges
