The staff is caring and extremely supportive. The environment is comfortable and welcoming. The therapy sessions helped both my teen daughter and I reach a better understanding of each other’s daily challenges. My daughter has changed her thought process and has learned strategies to cope with her stress and anxiety. The experience overall has had a positive impact on our entire family.
If I could give less than one star I would. These are not people who care about you or your mental health. They use many sales tactics to sell their other programs and are not forward about what is going on with you or your concerns. They are deceitful and dishonest and if you care about your self or someone I would not go here. I felt their staff wanted to care but they have poor leadership in Clark.
