I have lived in this apartment complex over a year and a half and slowly but surely its been filled with inconsiderate pet owners. There is dog poop all over the property including the hallways. Occasionally you'll get a nice pile of urine to go along with it. Pet owners let their dogs in the pool. They gather in common areas to let their dogs run off leash and bark incessantly. Five weeks ago, the air conditioner on the second flood froze up and then thawed with water ending up in my air handler closet and bedroom closet on the first floor. Because one thing led to another, everything from my bathroom and small bedroom closet (used for storage of things in tubs because of the previous three leaks) continue to be in my living room. This apartment complex is the worst managed complex I have ever experienced. The staff do not seem to care and are unable to resolve simple questions related to bill payment, how to set-up shared rent automatic debit (My daughters roommate and I had to go into their system 4 months in a row because it would not work). I've lived here with my mom since the beginning of last year. We've had flea problems with our small dog since about the 3rd month being here. We just happen to live right across from the dog park although I can't say for sure where the issue is coming from exactly. We've complained to the office staff multiple times to spray outside for fleas and they tell us that the area is too big. I am surprised this business gets an A rating here! Their management style is not professional at all. We received a $200 fine charge for stacking recycle materials on full recycle bins which was the management's responsibility to empty! They had gone through our private letters to find our names! It is really professional! The manager claims that us leaving papers there caused rats to multiply and infest the trash disposal area. According to him, rats do eat paper recently!
