I put a application fee $45 and deposit $300 down on an 2/2 1/2 bed/bathroom Townhouse apt at Meadowood Village Apartment in MIDWEST CITY, OKLAHOMA. I could not view townhouse because it was someone still stayed there. I wanted to see apartment before I moved in, seen it a few days after he or person moved out and was so disappointed in the apartment and did not like it at all, had a bad odor, the leasing agent stated my dryer would have to be place outside on the patio with no cover up over it. 3 in the morning I here gushing water. The pipes exploded yet again. Second time this has happened in 2 months. First time in February there was a water main break in laundry area. This time in the bathroom. Refused to replace carpet and it took the over a month to have it professional cleaned the first who knows what will happen this time aroun. The reported incident in February was a leaking hot water tank, resulting in water leaking into the apartment. Repairs were made timely to the tank and carpet cleaning was scheduled. Second incident was a malfunction to the toilet, this repair was handled via the Emergency On Call Service. Staff completing necessary repairs in occupied units have been directed to wear/use proper protective equipment. With the COVID-19 issues we are being very careful with how much contact our employees are having with residents, but will have you taken care of as soon as we possibly can.
The management and maintenance are absolute garbage. Issues from day one remain unresolved and front office manager Ashle will talk over you to prove her point. Just left her office after she continued to raise her voice about ongoing complaints. She does not listen and behaves like a child. After living at the Colonial Grand at Ayrsley as my lease comes to an end there are a few concerns that I had living here and it is not worth the money. I have lived in Ridge at Tyler apartment at tyler Tx. I would not suggest anyone to live here. Currently is under worst management staff. I have been complaining about Rats in my apartment from last one year. no one from management staff has taken proper action to prevent damage from Rats. This company chose to increase rent substantially for the upcoming year based on what the surrounding area is getting. Unfortunately, their apartments are outdated by 30+ years and the pool is not only understaffed and closed often but isn't in the best shape. Good tenants like myself may leave. If we are going to pay those prices we want more for our money.

This applicant was denied an advised on the same day they applied, at the time the manager contact the applicant of the denied application she told them to come and pick up their money order for the deposit. They lied to us about what unit we were going to get for 2 months, and then tried to get us to sign a new lease at the summer price, keep in mind we were transferring after living there for a full year. They don't care about human beings, literally only care about themselves.
