I had an emergency with my lab on a Sunday. They got me in the same day. Office staff was wonderful. We saw Dr Ralph, he was very kind and gentle with Winzer. And with me. Winzer saw Dr Mary on his follow up. She helped us through a tough time. I am so happy and grateful to everyone at Napa Small Animal hospital.
Don't take your love animals to them. I loved dr. Cali but they aren't the same they sent bently home with no bandages but charged me 35.00 for them . This place is not the same loving place I lost 3 of my beloved animals too.
I have been going to Small Animal for 43 years. My Parents also went there since 1957. It is a great Vet Place who really care about the Animals. Seen Dr Rock for many years. My Dig Wicket fell in some Cactus and he and his Tech spent 5 hrs plucking them out of him. I had him till he Retired. Dr Mary and Dr Tracy are great along with others I have seen along the way.
