Good service, good people, caring, friendly, trust worthy.
Staff is caring and knowledgeable. My very nervous 60 pound dog was able to get his nails trimmed, DAP vaccine and heartworm test thanks to the gentle care he received.
On September 7th of 2017 my fiance's cat Marley went missing near Vallejo/American Canyon area. We posted on NextDoor, on Solano County pet pages on FB, we called the Humane Society of the North Bay, we called Animal Control, Recology, etc. Almost 9 months later now, we received a call today reporting they found Marley. We don't know the person who took her in and the Dr said they could not just release that information to us, but we want to thank her from the bottom of our hearts! I have been going to them for years & found them to be compassionate & easy to work with. However, the new owners have chosen greed over compassionate care! Doubled the cost of a procedure that takes 2 minutes! ($60 to cut rabbits teeth!) I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Sad
