RecommendedGreat service! Took care of our dog the same day that we called. He was in a lot of pain due to a "Hot Spot" The doctor called later that evening to make sure that everything was ok. One of the other in-town vets couldn't see the dog on the same day -- Unless we paid an additional $105! Second time that they did that to us. So Napa Small Animal is now the only place that we will be taking all of our animals.

Staff is knowledgeable and caring and they are doing all they can to accommodate all their patients in this trying time. We have been Napa Small clients for over 20 years and value their services. Have recommended then many times.
Worst veterinary practice that I have ever experienced, and I am a lifelong pet owner. The excellent care provided by Dr. Katy Wilson aside, this hospital should be avoided at all costs. They are both incompetent and uncaring. After a vet who has never treated my cat overrode the prescription Dr. Wilson had told me to order via their online pharmacy, my very ill cat received more than double the medication dosage she should have been on. Thank you to the caring staff, having to Say goodbye to my “ little Guy” was very difficult. The people at The Small Animal Hospital made it easier thank you for the sympathy card you send also very thoughtful.
The staff is always helpful and patient with me and my animals.
