By far the best hotel stay I've ever had so professional, quiet, the room was amazing the service was excellent you feel like a king and queen at the hotel.
We had a wonderful time here. We had a few missteps with the spa and breakfast being late one morning but they bent over backwards to make things right. Got back to the room that evening to a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries and a small box of chocolates. It made our day and it showed they cared about us. What more could you ask for? Customer service of this kind seems to be a rare commodity these days. Thank you for taking care of business!
Very nice people and very accomodating! The best hotel service I've had in quite a while. The rooms are very nice and spacious.
