Maid and her trainee walked into our room while my wife was freshly out of the shower. TV on, didn't hear a knock, no announcement, simply burst into our room. My wife was most upset. We tried to contact Manager who was not interested in speaking to me about the issue and instead "Armando" called me and basically called me a liar. Comfy, clean, spacious! I love it here already!
Friendly staff. Beautiful gardens. Amazing accommodations. Dog friendly! Great recommendations for activities and places for our dog and places to eat for us. It was the little things too such as, housekeeping putting fresh ice in our ice bucket to keep out champagne cold and the nice welcome basket for my husband and myself and a special basket for our dog Quincy too! Our only regret was that we did not plan to stay longer and that we had not stayed here previously! You are one of the best properties in the entity wine area. Can't wait to come back.
