Do Not Eat Here! Tastes like Racism and White Fear.
This establishment is racist and will have the cops called on you when they are in the wrong. Don’t support a business that can’t practice general customer service instead of involving cops.

Awful service. Racist fueled responses to poor service.
My experience was horrible. When someone finds something in their food, they should not be accused of putting it in the food. It's not that serious to not just do whatever needs to be done to make the customer happy. The police were called and the situation turned horrible all because the manager/owner couldn't fix a simple situation on 1 plate of food out of a party of 10+ people. Do Not eat here.
I value good customer service and human decency... tonight, Napa Cafe was lacking both. One of my friends experienced racisn for the very first time at this establishment... 21 years in business??? I expect so much more... the drinks were weak or over priced.. the salmon was over cooked... i liked the garlic scented spinach.. but if you're going to serve bread... serve it fresh...
