This restaurant calls the police on customers who are not satisfied with their service. Eat there at your own risk!
You have a large group of people spending well over $1000 on food service then you racially profile the guests and have one arrested. Should not be in business
Better customer service, oh and a more new and improved Manager! Have to get their house in order, treating folks like less than trash, and making them have to answer to inexcusable accusations 😡 If the manager can treat their customers like that, I feel sorry for the employees

Maybe if you are not POC then you can come here. A group pays $1200 and you cant handle their small complaint. Instead racially profile and have them arrested. Can bet I wont ever be coming here.

So apparently, Napa Cafe and namely, Glenda, the manager, are completely unequipped to handle a minor complaint about a foreign object being found in food... Seeing as how the patron was accused of putting it there and credit cards of the entire party were commandeered and ultimately, my friend was ARRESTED for speaking up?! Money might be green but mine will never get spent in this place! There's PLENTY of places to spend money in this town that don't treat people of COLOR this way!
This place calls the cops on unhappy customers. Racists leadership makes this place a definite NO GO
