I’ve bought a lot of auto parts from this Kempt Road location over the years, batteries, brake parts, small repair items and it used to be very straightforward and easy to deal with. Lately, with the newer staff, it’s been harder to get quick, confident help. Service feels slower and not as knowledgeable as before. The store itself is still organized and they usually have parts in stock, but the experience isn’t as smooth as it used to be. Still a decent option in Halifax for auto parts, but hoping service improves.
