Had a very uncomfortable and what I felt was a racially discriminatory interaction with a staff member today (July 29). I had placed an order for pickup and received a call that morning confirming it was ready. When I arrived, I walked up to the counter and said, “I have a pickup for Sid.” The employee’s immediate response was, “Pickup for DoorDash?” I found that assumption extremely inappropriate and upsetting. Waited about 20 minutes for a router and pads order. After the wait, the store said the items were unavailable. I politely asked if they could cancel the order since I didn’t have the option to do so on my end. Instead, the staff were rude and repeatedly told me to cancel it myself. The store should have notified DoorDash or canceled the order as soon as they knew the items were unavailable instead of making the Dasher wait and then treating them like this.

Woman who works there is super rude and belligerent …speaking over me telling me I didn’t have the original packaging for a horn I bought refused the return was almost screaming at me …disgusting behaviour for a customer service rep highly do NOT RECOMMEND
